Hello everybody!
Today, mobile devices have penetrated so much into our lives that we no longer imagine our existence without phones. Previously, it was only a means of communication, but now the phone is a multi-functional gadget and communication is just one function from the huge diversity of others. Like many innovative technologies, mobile applications also become one of the tools in teaching foreign languages. Today I want to tell you about the MALL (Mobile-Assisted Language Learning) and some of its special features.
The main principles of MALL:
1. Accessibility in any place; at any time and for any user.
QR-code is a barcode that contains data that can be read by a phone's camera. Most smartphones come equipped with software that allows them to download a QR Code reader. Once you download a reader, the phone's camera acts like a scanner, allowing it to "read" the barcode.
QR code is used evrywhere today.QR technology provides many benefits for teachers. One of the benefits is that teachers save their time. QR codes can contain more than 3000 characters of information.Instead of typing a long web article to their students QR codes could give them direct and instant access to the same resoutce in the classroom or at home.

3.Ability to interact with other learners, including playing games, conversation, and project-based learning, capabilities to take pictures, capture sound, and input text.
What is so important about mobile learning? It is not the device but the mobility of the learner that we can learn across different contexts, we can learn across different locations. So MALL is focusing on the mobility of a learner and on the notion of seamless learning, how you can connect learning from formal settings to more informal.

Quizlet is the easiest way to learn and memorize the material you need.
You know that there are thousands of mobile apps for education and it is impossible to explore all of them, but I have just done it with one of them in practice. The app that I`ve examined is called Quizlet. You can use it through your browser or download a mobile app from PlayMarket for free. Why has it caught my eye? Just because it is colourful, convenient and logically organised.
